Meet Cindy

It all started with Cindy, a REALTOR® since 1985. A PART OF WINGFIELD SPRINGS SINCE THE BEGINNING… Cindy was one of the original on-site agents as well as serving on the Design Review Committee.

As member of the Sparks City Council for 8 years in the 1990s, Cindy was involved with planning some of Sparks’ finest neighborhoods including Wingfield Springs, Cimarron, The Highlands at Cimarron East, D’Andrea & Kiley Ranch as well as some of Sparks’ most exciting attractions including the Marina Park & Sparks Victorian Square Plaza and Fountain.

During the housing collapse in the mid-2000s, Cindy was extensively trained and became an expert in the Short Sale arena. She assisted people through the grueling process of dealing with their lenders and getting their home sold ethically and with compassion.

In 2013, The Henderson Home Team was born. Daughter, Julie started assisting Cindy with her transactions and learning the business from a REALTOR® standpoint. Julie previously worked for many years in title & escrow; she understands the escrow process inside and out. She also worked in Right-of-Way acquisition, assisting government agencies to acquire property with a satisfactory and equitable agreement for both clients and property owners. Julie became licensed in 2014 & has been successfully helping to grow their business & team ever since.

Ryan, Julie’s husband has been working in sales & marketing for the past 20 years. Ryan is a licensed Optician and also holds a real estate license in Nevada; he assists with marketing the team. Nevada Governor, Brian Sandoval appointed Ryan to be a Commissioner on the Common Interest Communities & Condominium Hotels Board for the State of Nevada with a 3 year term.

The Henderson’s are proud to call Sparks “home.” They are familiar with YOUR neighborhood because it’s THEIR neighborhood too!
